Organic Seed Meeting

Note for your diary - Seed Saver's Organic Seed Meeting,  March 4th 2000.

An EU directive states that from year 2004, all food crops sold as 'organic' will have to be grown from organically grown seed.

This meeting is to discuss the growing of organic seed in Ireland. It is open to people throughout Ireland who want to help, in whatever way, to re-establish organic seed growing in Ireland. Please contact the organisers to find out more about the arangements for this meeting, which is planned to take place at Seed Savers at Capparoe on Saturday 4th March from 10:30 to 5:00pm.
